New charred American oak barrels make it smooth, warm, and sweet - and just a subtle rye spice in the end to round it out. Caramel and honey also dance around oakiness. The finish is long and lingering. The aroma is just warm all around. Like vanilla, honey, and caramel. Basically, it is robust and approachable. A great combination for bourbon lovers.
In 2024, it received a Double Gold from the International Spirits Challenge and a Double Platinum at the ASCOT Awards. In 2023, the Bartender Spirits Awards dubbed it the “World Whisky of the Year”.
