750mL | 45.1% ABV (90.2 Proof) | Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Jefferson’s Reserve Twin Oak Custom Barrel Bourbon is crafted using a unique double-barrel finishing technique that amplifies the whiskey’s flavor and complexity. After initial aging, the bourbon is transferred to a specially designed barrel developed in partnership with Independent Stave Company. These custom barrels feature a grooved interior and are slowly toasted over a long period, maximizing the surface area and interaction between the whiskey and oak.
Nose: Deep caramel, baking spices, and dark chocolate
Palate: Rich layers of toffee, cinnamon, vanilla, and charred oak
Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice, cocoa, and a hint of toasted marshmallow
Finished in grooved, double-toasted custom barrels
Amplified wood interaction brings deep and complex flavors
Created with Independent Stave Company for enhanced aging
Part of Jefferson’s Reserve premium expressions
Ideal for sipping neat or in high-end bourbon cocktails
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to expand its intricate layers. Also excellent in an Old Fashioned for a luxurious twist.
